You may be waiting a while. I read (somewhere) that there are no plans for a Mac version for a while. I know my hubby is sad about that too.

The boyfriend is a total convert. And seeing it on his laptop, I'm not surprised at all. Looks slick, fast yet simple. Very Google!

Sadly it's not available for Mac yet, so I have to wait :(

re Chrome: I've just installed it myself and started playing with it as of last night.

It really seems to have some cool features, including a home page that has little screen shots of the most popular web pages you visit for easy access.

I also like the fact that your most recent bookmarks are plopped on the right-hand side for ease of reference. I'm one of those people that bookmark things for later and never go back to them. I already found that I was looking at them last night.

The one thing I'm not sure I get/am a fan of is the incognito browswer which allows you to visit sites and hide them from your browser history. I know there are already plug ins for IE and FF for this - I just don't know if I agree with this concept and the idea of openly promoting it. If you're that ashamed of what you're looking at, why are you looking at it in the first place. Maybe I'm just too cynical.

But long story short - first thoughts are impressive - it even has that clean Google look. :p
