Great post, I really like the idea of starting a blog just for an online profile. Even if you don’t want to write and maintain a full blog just make a landing spot so everyone can find out some details about you.

Great post. The smartest thing one can do is create an online trail of evidence that demonstrate their interests and talents. I’ve found this to be very helpful.

Love it! This is great advice even if you’re not looking for a job. Building out your personal brand is key. And it’s not something you can just build when you need it.

A personal brand is a reflection of yourself that you put out there in the world. Social media has made it very easy for you to put that profile out there by taking part in conversations and giving back to the community and the conversation.

If you do this enough then all of your conversations will become one big online resume. And when you need a job, you won’t have build much of a resume, google will have one built out for you in a search for your name or handle.
